If you remember watching by-gone American tv shows, especially the comedies, you’ll know what a ‘clips show’ is. It’s where they’ve spent too much of the budget and so they need to save money and therefore some hijinks are engineered for all of the characters to look back on previous goings on and they play a load of funny clips from past episodes. Well this is the blog version of that I suppose. I have a post that I’ve been writing and by writing I mean procrastinating on for a few weeks and I can’t seem to finish it. So while I’m spinning on that, here are some funny / lovely photos I’ve taken over the last few years with little anecdotes attached. Enjoy!
Recently when I was in Worcester for the festival – see previous blog post – this gent was chilling in the driveway. He was pretty cool and did a good job guarding my car.
This is up in the toilet of the barbers I frequent in Northampton. They’re a funny lot in there and give a good shave and cut. Check out Dapper Chaps on Derngate.
This is the Christmas present I bought myself for the Christmas just gone. It’s awesome! And yes those legs do move.
This is me portraying Spike in White Cobra’s production of Hi-De-Hi. And yes, that’s me dressed as a bin. You’ll be thankful I didn’t use the other picture of me just wearing a nappy. White Cobra are an excellent Northampton based community theatre company who’s next production, coming soon, is Wind in the Willows. Check them out.
I am proud to say this is my niece. And doubly proud because this double feature picture epitomises the influence her Uncles (me and my brother) have on her. On the left is like my bro and on the right is more me.

I took this on a bike ride down the Brampton Valley Way. This little lad has his butt hanging out and it made me chuckle.
