I remember when I started the series of ‘Update’ posts and the first one was ‘General’ update. And that makes sense because I was giving a general update. But I think I’ve taken it too far now because the above doesn’t really make any sense to anyone who hasn’t been reading continuously and probably doesn’t make much sense to those lovely people either. Anyway, it makes me chuckle so I might continue it. We’ll see. Also I’ve taken a major demotion in rank from that first update post.
Just a little peek behind the curtain, I’m speaking to you from the past which is usually what happens. Normally I don’t write the blog early Friday morning, but most of the time it’s within the same week. There have been times though when I’ve scrambled something together at 7:30am on a Friday before my normal publishing time of 9:00am. I’m coming at you from the week before because I’m on holiday. Yay! More on that in the coming weeks.
I love it when I get contacted and receive interest in writing for the blog. It’s pretty cool when someone comes to me and says, here’s a few hundred words I’ve written down, publish them for me please. I find writing therapeutic, getting something down so I know where it is and I don’t have to keep it in my brain any more. And you could too! I’m a very understanding editor, I promise. I want to push the subscription again. There’s no payment by the way, all my posts are free. As if anyone would pay for this waffle. And it’s easy to do, you simply type your email address into the box and click on Sign Up! Your personal info is kept safe as well, it doesn’t go anywhere else. I’m forever thinking about coming off social media and I know that some of you lovely readers find my blog through social media. And I’ve actively stayed on social media to promote this silly blog. But I’m at the point where I don’t see the point in it any more, which means there may come a time where the only place you can get the blog is by it being sent to you directly or by catching up with the webiste. I’ll make a decision on that in the future.
Anyway, I’m not even in the UK. Hope the weather is nice!
